Is it Difficult to Apply by Myself?

The Title XIX guidelines are extensive and the regulations are numerous. The state is extremely vigilant about the application process, and one small error can lead to a denial of your Title 19 application. From experience, people who have tried the “do it yourself” approach find that it’s very time-consuming, confusing, incredibly stressful, and all too often ends with negative results. If you're denied, you will have to begin the process again and lose valuable time.

We're often asked just how difficult the application process is. Unfortunately, the answer to this question depends on how you choose to take on the process. If you plan on doing it yourself, it is a definitive yes. Title 19 is a program designed to be helpful, but it is complicated it's and all too easy to make mistakes. Please, don't compound one problem by creating another. Avoid this, and get the professional help you need from The Prue Law Group, P.C. (The Title 19 Law Firm of Connecticut).
